THE STAMBUSH WAY. . . BE TRUE TO PT, OT, & SPEECH Despite the fact that we are a PT, OT, and SPEECH staffing agency (or because of it depending on your point of view), our number one purpose is to be true to our professions. After all, who wants the following? -A Temporary Staffing Agency whose goal is to provide excellent customer service? Nope! Their goal is to serve the customer not the profession. On the surface this sounds good but what happens when the customer's desires conflict with the professions' desires? We all know what happens. The Agency sides with its master and the profession loses. -A Temporary Staffing Agency whose goal is employee satisfaction? Again, no! Their goal is to serve the employee not the profession. And when the employee's desires come in conflict with the professions' desires, the profession will lose. -STAMBUSH is on the right side...and our way works best: Being true to our professions puts us on the right side. And there are plenty of customers and employees who are on the right side too. In other words, we have very little conflict because we try to only work with customers and employees who are on the same side as us. Sure, there will be honest disagreements sometimes, but when we all intend to be true to the profession first, we almost always work it out happily and come to the right conclusion. Which of course, leads to both Great Customer Service, and employee satisfaction.
