Congratulations on being invited to interview! You'll need to bring these documents to successfully interview:

• Resume
• Original and Copies of: Social Security Card and Driver's License
• Copy of CPR card (American Heart or Red Cross)
• Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Car Insurance
• Professional License and Renewal.
• At least two professional references, but preferably three.

If you are missing your Social Security Card or Driver's License, you may bring the following:

• U.S. Passport (current or expired)
• Certificate of U.S. Citizenship
• Certificate of Naturalizatioin
• Permanent Resident Card
• Unexpired Resident Card
