It Takes One to Know One

Stambush Staffing has rewarded its friends for referrals for a while now, but we've never had a name for our program until recently. We've named our program "It Takes One to Know One" because we firmly believe in its truth, especially when it comes to the world of therapy. We pride ourselves on having one of the more flexible referral programs in the industry. Here are the basics:

• We'll pay you $50 if you give us the name and contact information of a qualified PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP, even if they aren't invited to interview. The only catch is that they have to be OK with us contacting them about working for Stambush.
  
  
• We'll pay you $100 if your referral is invited to an interview, even if they aren't hired on. Sometimes certain candidates aren't cut out for contract therapy, but we still like to show appreciation for your referral.
  
  
• As always, we'll pay you $1000 if your referral is hired on, providing they work for Stambush for two full months full-time (or 340 total hours).
  

In addition to the staple elements of our referral program, we also offer the following options:

• If you prefer, you can donate your referral fee to charity.
  
  
• This program is open to everyone, no matter who you are or who you work for. We don't limit our referral program to Stambush employees because we don't want to limit our referral base. If you know a qualified therapist and you think we might be a good fit for each other, let us know!
