Don't ever send me an inexperienced new graduate. Temporary staffing agencies that hire inexperienced new graduates are killing our profession.
Don't play staffing games with me. If you don't have someone available, just say so. Don't tell me you can cover my request unless you know it to be true.
Charge a fair price and pay a fair rate. Don't try to pay the highest in town because that will just feed the flames of greed, and there are enough temporary staffing agencies doing that already. Besides, if you have to buy people, they will be bought from you.
There are plenty of therapists out there who want to practice their profession, help people, enjoy the flexibility of temporary staffing, and support a company that practices in high ethical standards.

One of our first customers told us that back when Stambush first started, and we've taken its wisdom to heart ever since.
Stambush operates every aspect of its business under the Golden Rule. We treat our employees, and customers exactly how we would like to be treated. We have a steadfast commitment to both our customers and therapists, and every element of Stambush Staffing’s operations is geared toward facilitating an optimal working environment for customer and therapist alike.
We understand that the needs of both customers and therapists are flexible. That’s why we strive to accommodate our therapist’s preferences when we look for work. We also know that needs and demands are flexible at our customers’ facilities. That’s why we allow for cancellations up to 24 hours before a therapist’s assignment is to begin; we also put our best foot forward to accommodate last-minute requests as best we can.
Over the past two decades, we’ve found this approach to be the best one. By following the age old advice of the Golden Rule, we’ve thrived and created a positive, working relationship between facilities, our agency and our therapists.
