Open Enrollment Currently Going On
 
Grace recently sent out a mass email about open enrollment.  But, just in case you didn’t get it or forgot, here is a reprint:

Hello Stambush Staffing Family,

Where has 2015 gone?!?! I can't believe we have entered into the last quarter of the year and with that comes Open Enrollment. 

To qualify for benefits through Stambush Staffing you must maintain an average of at least 32 hours /wk.  If you have previously opted out of any of the following benefits and now wish to enroll into any of these programs now is the time.  This is also the time to add any dependent(s) or change plans. Below is a complete list of benefits that we offer to our full-time employees:

AFLAC Is Back! Open Enrollment Ends October 31, 2015
 
We are bringing AFLAC back because one of you awesome people called me to tell me you wanted it.  As you may know, we discontinued AFLAC because no one wanted it.  But, one of our awesome Professionals who returned to Stambush only to discover that we didn’t have it anymore, called me and asked me to bring it back.  Thank you to that person!

So, moral of the story, if there is anything I can do to help you in your life, feel free to call me and ask.  We are soooooo unlike the many employers who only think about making money at other people’s expense.  Granted, we think about making money too, but we want to make money by being a great place for great people.  Crazy, huh?

We are bringing back Short Term Disability coverage through AFLAC.

Enrollment is 10/11/15 - 10/31/15

AFLAC is also offering other plans i.e. Cancer Insurance, Accident Insurance, Specified Health. Please see attached flyer for details. 

To qualify you must be a full time employee. All applications are done in person and they will come out to meet you. It only takes 20-30 minutes. To enroll please contact our AFLAC representative directly:

If applying for short term disability coverage to cover maternity leave, you cannot be pregnant at the time of application. You must apply and have the plan in place before becoming pregnant in order to use the plan for maternity leave coverage.

We Are Here To Help...Really!!!

Recently I found out one of you awesome long time Stambushers was not on the 401K because the online signup was being difficult.   Please know, that we want you all to be successful and when we can help, just let us know.  Having a bunch of people retire from Stambush with a lot of money in their 401K is one of my goals-- partly because I want to see you do well, and partly because I want you to do better than everybody else.  Maybe I’m mean, but I want those who could have joined Stambush but didn’t, to wish they had because you all are so much better off.  So, call if you need us.  We have several motivating factors pushing us to help you including, but not limited to my nice side and my mean side.
