Most folks that have used Stambush for a long time know that we don’t play around when it comes to ethics. That’s why we never hire inexperienced new graduates or newly arrived, foreign-trained therapists unless a customer specifically asks us to find a new grad on a temp-to-perm basis.  We think that providing unprepared, inexperienced people to you (our customers) is bad for you, your staff, your patients, and your profession. Chances are, you’re asking for our help because you have more than enough to keep you busy -- you don’t need to add “holding an inexperienced therapist’s hand" to that list.       


If we have someone available, we confirm right away, and we let you know right away if we don’t have anyone available. That way, you can try other agencies if we can’t get you what you need, when you need it. With that being said, we will call to check with our therapists if your assignment is slightly outside their normal “preferences.” We will give you that answer as soon as we receive it. We don’t like getting the run-around, so we won’t give it to you.


We don’t believe in re-inventing the wheel. When it comes to your needs, we believe that a simple “ask and answer” model works best - i.e., you call us and ask, and we give you an answer. It’s as simple as that.  With that being said, we do embrace high-tech wheels - we take requests through other more tech-savvy avenues, too, like e-mail and even text messages. Formality and procedure are great as long as they don’t get in the way, and we don’t let that happen when it comes to your needs.

We take this one very seriously; so seriously, in fact, that our employees sign a “Promise to Be Reliable” when they hire on with us, with real consequences if they break it. On top of that, our staff are available 24/7 - no joke. Calls requesting staff at 8PM, 10PM or later are routine in this business. If you call us after hours and happen to get our voice mail, we’ll get back to you that same night, guaranteed.
