HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Susan and I would like to wish all of you a very happy and prosperous New Year.  As you all know, times aren’t as good as they used to be, but everything changes so the optimistic part of me (about 99.9%) believes things will get better this new year.  We are far and away the most respected staffing agency in the Greater Houston Area, and this undisputable fact could put us in a position to be the only staffing agency as long as we all keep doing our job to the best of our ability, never get cocky, continue to wow our customers with awesome therapists, office staff, and business practices, and always remain grateful.  As you long time readers well know, I am a big believer in the power of the attitude of gratitude.

THANK YOU!

Susan and I would like to thank all of you for all your time, effort, talent, intelligence, and attitudes that have helped put Stambush Staffing WAY ahead of any other staffing agency.  Granted, other agencies still don’t do things like we do. So I guess that means we are not the leader.  That is OK, we are widely known as the best, and what good is it to be the leader if you are leading people down the wrong path?  I wouldn’t want to take part in a company that was the leader in doing things wrong, and the fact that you are and have been a part of Stambush tells me you feel the same way.  In other words, Susan and I admire you all a great deal.  So thank you and thanks to your parents and other people who helped make you who you are.

FRED HAS TWENTY YEARS WITH STAMBUSH

On December 24, our Super-Duper Director of Staffing, Fred Salazar, completed twenty years with Stambush.  Fred was hired to be the Director of staffing from the get go, but he started on December 24th as a PT Technician at Rosewood Hospital on a weekend (he had to give two weeks’ notice so he couldn’t start until January)so that he would be eligible for the Profit Sharing Plan we had at the time.  In the twenty years I have worked with Fred I have always been amazed at his work ethic, competence, personality, energy, intelligence, and awesome sense of humor.  I hope you all are as grateful to have Fred on our team as I am.  He has been a huge force for good, and I look forward to working with him for many more years.
