Ready To Join Stambush!

Giving Staffing a Good Name

June 29th, 2011

Hello Everybody (Jordan Here)!
My name is Jordan Albracht (yes, I am Tricia’s Son), although a few of you have probably heard me referred to as "Tech Dude." I've worked for Stambush for quite a while now (6 years part- time), but I haven't ever really gone full-time for longer than a summer while home from college. I've been affiliated with Stambush even longer, though, as my mom Tricia has worked for us for almost 14 years. During that time, I've seen Stambush go through ups and downs (1998 comes to mind), but I've never seen that affect the way that Stambush has treated my mom or any of its employees. Scott and Susan have always been fair and principled, and they have always taken an ethical approach (it probably has something to do with the way they were raised and the lessons life has taught them, but that is another subject).

Because of my experience with Stambush, I think it's pretty fair to say I know a lot about this company. I'm really proud to say that I work with you all, and my goal is to make sure everyone else knows what Stambush is all about.

I think that, if prospective and current customers and employees knew the Stambush that I know, they'd never consider using anyone else unless they absolutely had to (I understand that many already feel this way). This company is honest, principled and dedicated to its craft. Stambush stands out as an exemplar in its field, both in terms of ethics and professional competence, and it's my top priority to make sure everyone realizes that.

Another goal of mine is to make sure every- one that currently works for Stambush has an easier and more convenient life. So, I will be working on implementing and maintaining a CEU program. Therefore, if any of you desire to present a CEU course, please feel free to contact me. I know Scott mentioned this a while back, but now it is my project. I will also be focused on employee retention. I don't think we have too much to do here since Stambush is a great company to work for, but I would love to hear any ideas, suggestions or comments you may have. Feel free to call or e-mail me anytime.

On a personal note, I'd like to say thank you for all that you do. You probably hear that a lot from us, but please understand that we really mean it. Stambush is pretty picky about who it hires, and the fact that you made it this far means you're among the best in your field. I look forward to working with and meeting each and every one of you.

Quote of the Week

“Without change there is no innovation, creativity or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable.”
― Abraham Lincoln

Little Nancy Don't Play That! (Joke of the Week)

Little Nancy was filling up a large hole in the ground when her neighbor peered over the fence.

Interested in what the cute little girl was doing, the neighbor asked, “What are you up to there Nancy?”

“My goldfish died” replied Nancy as tears streamed down her face, “and I just buried him.”

“That is a mighty big hole for a goldfish Nancy”, said the neighbor.

Nancy patted down the last heap of earth and said, “that’s because he is inside your cat!”
